The automatic hot-dip galvanizing line for steel pipe realizes fully automatic pickling in the closed room, while ensuring the efficiency of pickling. It realizes automatic replacement of pickling slings to avoid bringing in flux liquid into the pickling tank, thus to achieve the purpose of using clean acid.
Taking digitalization as core technology, the newly built HDG production line will be a fully closed loop HDG production line, which owns advanced, highly efficient, and world-first inventive production process arrangement and the production line design is optimized with the concept of reduction and recycling.
With a mission focused on environmental, informationized, intelligentized, and trouble-free hot dip galvanizing production, our design concept creates new value for HDG production. We are devoted to R&D, manufacturing, and practices of new type environmental digitalized HDG production lines and relevant equipment.
Data Enabled and Technology Driven: Applying industrial IoT technology and customized digital products, we focus on the intelligent manufacturing of the entire HDG production line, including Batch Galvanizing Lines and ZAM Continuous Galvanizing Lines.
Deeply involved in international exchanges, we support IZA and participate in global conferences and exhibitions across Europe, America, and Southeast Asia to exchange hot-dip galvanizing production technology.
